11. Geolocation Data Processing

Geolocation is essential for delivering the requested service. It is used to:

• Identify your pickup location;

• Locate the nearest driver;

• Calculate the route.

Data is only processed for the service duration and not stored afterward.

12. Statistical and Anonymized Data

We analyze anonymized and aggregated data for service improvement. These operations are conducted under the legitimate interest basis and follow strict anonymization standards.

13. Special Categories of Data

We do not normally process special categories of data (e.g., health, ethnicity, religion). Any such data is handled only with explicit consent and only when essential to provide the requested service (e.g., disability accommodations).
