Request a Refund

This form must be completed by the Customer who wishes to request a refund for a service that was not provided due to reasons attributable to the Provider.
The request must be submitted within 7 days from the scheduled service date through the platform’s official channels.

Important Information

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled service date.

  • Tekny S.r.l. will review the request within 5 business days and will communicate the outcome via email.

  • Tekny S.r.l. reserves the right to verify the circumstances of the request, including by contacting the Provider or other involved parties.

  • Refunds will not be granted for reasons attributable to the Customer or in cases of misuse of the platform.

  • In the event of a negative outcome, the Customer may use the internal complaint handling system in accordance with Article 20 of the Digital Services Act.
