Request a Refund
This form must be completed by the Customer who wishes to request a refund for a service that was not provided due to reasons attributable to the Provider.
The request must be submitted within 7 days from the scheduled service date through the platform’s official channels.

Important Information
The request must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled service date.
Tekny S.r.l. will review the request within 5 business days and will communicate the outcome via email.
Tekny S.r.l. reserves the right to verify the circumstances of the request, including by contacting the Provider or other involved parties.
Refunds will not be granted for reasons attributable to the Customer or in cases of misuse of the platform.
In the event of a negative outcome, the Customer may use the internal complaint handling system in accordance with Article 20 of the Digital Services Act.
