File a Complaint
Pursuant to Article 20 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 – Digital Services Act
This form allows service recipients (users of the FindMyDriver platform) to submit a complaint electronically and free of charge against a decision made by the platform, in the cases provided for in Article 20 of the DSA.
Complaints can be submitted within six months from the date the decision was communicated.

Important Information
You may submit a complaint within six months of the decision being communicated, in accordance with Article 20 of the DSA.
Complaints are handled in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary, and non-discriminatory manner by qualified personnel.
You will receive a reasoned response without undue delay, including information on any available remedies, such as certified out-of-court dispute resolution bodies (Article 21 DSA).
The system does not rely exclusively on automated tools.
